1. Who we are and what SelfList is
SelfList ("the Service") is operated by REXOH LLC ("we", "us"), 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #30559, Casper, WY 82609, United States. It helps owners of WooCommerce and Shopify stores import products from suppliers such as AliExpress, Amazon, Temu and eBay, write product pages with AI, price them, keep price and stock in line with the supplier, and create those products in their own stores. It is delivered through this website (your dashboard), a browser extension, a Telegram bot and an API. SelfList is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Automattic Inc. (WooCommerce), Shopify Inc. or any supplier.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your password and your API token private; anything done with them counts as done by you. You can regenerate or revoke the token in your dashboard. One account is for one business. Team members you invite act under your account and your responsibility.
3. Your stores
To create and update products for you we need access to your store. For WooCommerce you approve API keys on your own store's WooCommerce authorization screen; they are limited to the access shown there. For Shopify you create a custom app in your Shopify admin and enter its credentials on the Stores page. These credentials are encrypted on our server, never shown back to you, never sent to a browser, and used only for the work you ask for. You can withdraw them at any time by pressing Disconnect in your dashboard (which also deletes our copy), or by revoking the key in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API or removing the app in your Shopify admin. One store can be connected to one SelfList account.
4. Plans, limits and payment
The Free plan costs nothing and is meant for getting set up; its limits are shown in your dashboard. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, at the price shown on the Plan page when you choose them; the stores and the number of products each plan includes are shown there before you pay.
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may choose to pay in your own currency, at the rate our payment provider shows there; your bank may add its own fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Under Plan → Manage billing you can change your plan, update your card, see your invoices or cancel: a move to a bigger plan applies at once and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged then; a move to a smaller plan or a shorter period applies at the end of the period already paid. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period already paid and is not renewed; your account then moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. If a payment fails and our payment provider's further attempts fail too, the plan ends in the same way. Prices do not include taxes; where we are required to charge tax, it is shown before you pay.
A first payment can be refunded within 14 days: write to support@selflist.io from your account's e-mail address. Renewals are not refunded. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next billing period.
5. What you are responsible for
The products in your store are yours. You are responsible for everything you sell: that you may sell it, that the product page is accurate, that prices, taxes, shipping, delivery times and returns comply with the law where you sell, and that you have the right to use the images and text. The AI-written text, the price suggestions and the monitor are aids, not guarantees: review every product before you publish it. We do not verify claims about products. If you switch on customer reviews from a supplier's page, you confirm that the original seller allowed you to use them, and you are responsible for how they are presented in your store; the Service shows each with its source and the buyer's name hidden, and never marks it as a purchase in your store. The Service never moves your money or your customers' payments. If you use Orders (Business plan and up), the Service places orders in your own AliExpress account — when you press the button, or automatically if you choose that — with your buyer's address; those orders wait there for your own payment. You remain the seller to your buyers and responsible for your orders, refunds and the use of your buyers' data.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to sell counterfeit, illegal, dangerous, recalled or deceptive products; to infringe a brand's or an author's rights; to scrape or overload third-party sites beyond what the extension does on pages you open yourself; or to attack, probe or reverse-engineer the Service. Do not resell or share access. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after contacting you where we reasonably can.
7. Third parties
The Service depends on your stores and their hosting, on supplier platforms and APIs (for example AliExpress), on AI providers, on Telegram and, for payments, on Stripe. Their availability, rules and prices are outside our control; we may have to change or remove a feature when they change theirs. You remain bound by their terms when you use them through us.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not promise it. Monitoring runs on a schedule and can be delayed. Support is by e-mail at support@selflist.io.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as is; we are not liable for lost sales, problems with your stores or their hosting, supplier problems, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending
You can close your account at any time by e-mail; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Products already created in your stores stay there: they are yours. We can end the Service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by e-mail 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
12. Affiliate programme
An account owner may join our affiliate programme from the dashboard and share a personal link. When someone opens it and creates an account within 60 days, that account is credited to the partner for good (if they open several partners' links, the last one opened counts). The partner earns 30% of every payment that account makes for a plan, before tax, in US dollars (other currencies at the European Central Bank's rate of the day, or by what the payment brought into our Stripe balance where the ECB has no rate), for as long as it pays. A commission is held 14 days for the refund window and becomes payable unless the payment was refunded or disputed (a partial refund reduces it). We pay payable commissions monthly by PayPal or bank transfer once they reach $50. Not allowed: referring yourself or your own other accounts, ads that bid on our brand name, coupon or deal sites, spam, and claims about the Service that we do not make; we may cancel commissions that come from these and pause or end a partnership. A partner whose own account is on the Free plan and who brings 3 paying customers (each payment past the refund window) by December 30, 2027 receives one month of the Starter plan free, once; the account then returns to the Free plan. You are responsible for the taxes on your commissions. We may change or end the programme with 30 days' notice; commissions earned before that are still paid.
